TRANSACTION MANAGEMENT OVERVIEW
Review contract, addenda, and all other documentation for accuracy
Open escrow (including sourcing creative-friendly agency)
File a Memorandum of Contract (where available)
Simple addenda, extensions, and other documents related to the transaction
Provide the creative finance documents to the title company / attorney to facilitate accurate and timely COE and the long-term survival of the deal
Follow up with all parties as necessary via phone, text, or email to ensure tasks are timely completed, including but not limited to:
Ensuring wire instructions have been sent to buyers and/or funding from PML / HML is on track for timely closing
E-signatures
Requesting documents/payment
Verifying receipt of documents/payment
Provide regular status and to-do updates for all parties as appropriate
Review title commitments and settlement statements for accuracy
Review HML/PML documents for accuracy
Ensure End-Buyer receives a copy of all appropriate closing and post-closing documents
