File Your Memorandum
Complete and have your memorandum notarized (here's the template you can fill)
Send a high quality scan (not by cell phone) of the notarized memorandum and a copy of your purchase contract which authorizes the memorandum to firstname.lastname@example.org
We will review and approve, reject, or request additional information (not all counties accept e-filing)
If approved, we will electronically file your memorandum and send you an invoice
How much does it cost to file a memorandum of contract?
$100 labor plus actual costs to file.
Actual costs vary by county, but are usually well under $150 (we've seen as low as $25 and as high as $275).
Labor is not charged if we're TCing your deal.
